The Château Royal d’Eu

The last royal estate in France

A few minutes from Ault, the town of Eu is home to the Louis-Philippe château and museum, the last royal estate in France. The summer residence of King Louis-Philippe, who twice received Queen Victoria here, the château can be visited with its apartments, its furniture and its collections.

A remarkable park and heritage

The château is set in a park open for walking. Close by, the collegiate church of Notre-Dame and Saint-Laurent completes a tour of the historic centre of Eu, with its cobbled streets and its fountains.
